Q If I need a price to recycle mattresses and box springs what do I need to do?
A We only need basic information regarding the job so we can provide the cost figures you need to include in your budget:
Q Do I call in the job site information to receive my quote?
A You may:
Q What if I don't know the exact quantity of items to be recycled?
A Give us a list of the types of items and a rough idea of quantity of each and we'll be glad to provide a budgetary quote.
QHow long does it take to get an estimate back?
A Normally about 2 hours, certainly by day's end.
Q What's the process if I want to recycle my mattresses and box springs?
A It's easy to recycle with Nationwide Mattress Recycling! We'll quote your job, provide the necessary trucks or trailers and provide the labor if needed. All items may be placed in the same truck or trailer, including your mattresses and box springs. Once full, we'll remove or swap the truck or trailer until the job is done - on time and on budget!
Q Do you take all types of mattresses, box springs and furniture?
A Yes, we take all types of mattresses and box springs. We can also help with bed frames. Just give us a call and we'll help you recycle as much of your material as possible. We are always expanding our recycling offerings, so it never hurts to ask if we can recycle any particular type of material that you have in a sizable volume.
Q Do we have to palletize the mattresses and box springs?
A Palletizing your items is not required.
Q How do we load the mattresses and box springs?
A Simply stack the items in our truck or trailer, as-is. To save money, please try to fill the truck or trailer fully, i.e. stack the mattresses and box springs neatly to minimize air space. This will result in fewer hauls and save your organization more.
Q Why do you send inspectors to the site?
A We like to refer to them as Field Representatives. We have found that sometimes our sales representatives and the people in our customer's office talk to each other about the process and understand it, but the details do not get relayed to the labor force in the field that load the truck or trailers. We perform the field visits to ensure that the recycling process proceeds smoothly and cost-effectively for everyone.
Q What if we don't have time to wait for an inspector?
AIn some instances call us and send us photos of the materials and then we'll provide guidance on how to best handle and load the material for recycling.
Q What if I need a lot of trucks or trailers?
A No matter the size of the job or the number of trucks or trailers required, we will work with you to provide services when and where you need them.
To ensure customer satisfaction, Nationwide Mattress Recycling sends a Field Representative to each job site to confirm that the mattress and box spring removal and loading is proceeding smoothly.
The Field Representative also performs a basic inspection of the items being placed in our truck or trailer. This enables us, based upon the type and size of the items on board, to send the material to the appropriate Nationwide Mattress Recycling destination facility for reprocessing and recycling.
